How do I order?
Pick a product, customise it on the product page (size, finish, text), add it to your cart and check out as a guest. We will contact you to confirm your order.
What is a proof?
A proof is a digital preview of exactly what we will print. For custom work we send one and only print after you approve it, so you can catch any typo or colour issue first.
Where do you deliver and how much is shipping?
The delivery options and the exact delivery fee for your address are shown at checkout, before you place the order.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery — you pay the courier when your order arrives. No online payment or card is required to place an order.
Can I order a custom design that isn’t on the site?
Yes. Start a custom order and tell us what you need — we will quote it and send a proof before anything is printed.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact us with your order number and we will help. How returns and replacements work is on the Returns page.
