Terms of Service

Smart Label("we", "us") is a made-to-order printing business based in Cairo, Egypt. We produce custom stickers, clothing labels, and desk signs and deliver them across Egypt.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Smart Label. If you are placing an order on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that company.

You can browse the catalogue and place an order without an account: checkout is as a guest. If you create an account it lets you view your orders; you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Adding items to your cart and submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is only formed once we confirm the order and, for custom work, once you approve the proof (see below). We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or the artwork breaches these Terms. Payment is made on delivery, so nothing is charged for an order we cancel.

Many of our products are personalised with artwork, text, or images you supply or create in our browser designer ("Your Content"). You confirm that:

• You own Your Content or have permission to use and reproduce it.
• Your Content does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Your Content is not unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

You keep all ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited licence to store, reproduce, and print it solely to fulfil your order. We may refuse to print anything we reasonably believe breaches these Terms.

For custom orders we prepare a digital proof for you to review. Production only begins after you approve the proof. Please check spelling, colours, dimensions, and layout carefully — once you approve, the proof is what we print. Screen colours are approximate and may differ slightly from the final printed result.

Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). The delivery fee for your address is shown at checkout, before you place the order. Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives, and no online payment is taken. We may update prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.

We ship through our delivery partners. See our Shipping page for delivery details. Any delivery estimate we give is in good faith but is not guaranteed, as production time for custom items and courier schedules can vary. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct — we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape it at scale, or use it to place fraudulent orders.

The Smart Label name, logo, site design, and content (other than Your Content) belong to us and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

We provide the site and products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
